 8:  Do you plan on breeding or just wanting a pet?

 

 

 9:  Do you plan to spay or neuter?

 

 

 10:  What is your family living situation:  married, single, children?

 

 

 11:  Where will your puppy be kept during the day/night?

 

 

 12:  Have you ever taken a pet to the pound or shelter?  If so, why?

 13:  Do you have a price range that you need to stay within?  (Prices vary depending on color/quality).
